They can then challenge the validity of agreements you entered into and argue that the debts are unrecoverable meaning there is no debt to pay!

Together we will get a more in depth understanding of your current debt situation. This will give us a better understanding of what is currently happening between you and your creditors at this present time and help us give you the best possible advice.
Once we have obtained all relevant information and agreed an affordable monthly fee with you, our legal partners will begin their process of
setting up a file on their system and begin contacting your creditors.
They then give your creditors 40 days from the date of first contact, for them to advise if they can comply.
By law, your creditors have a maximum of 12 days to comply or acknowledge the request, all collection activity should cease until they comply, or the debt becomes unenforceable.
Our legal partners submit legal requests for documentation for the relevant accounts and debts you have outstanding for them to complete a full review.
They then take over full conduct of liaising with your creditors, meaning you don’t have to do any work.
Once it has been established the debt is unenforceable, the write off process begins. A request for the balance to be written off in full and the file closed will be made.
Confirmation is sent directly to you by your creditor with confirmation of the closure of your file.
Please note, your credit file will be updated to reflect this.
Debts can also be resolved via a negotiated settlement figure, and this will be covered and agreed with you before any discussions with your creditors.
In the instance that your creditors can comply with our legal requests, our legal partners will complete the relevant checks of the documentation received. If they highlight breaches or errors within these agreements the next step is to present their report to your creditor along with recommendations to resolve the account.
